Wallace Collection

The Prime Minister has appointed Mr Martin Drury a Trustee of the Wallace Collection for a term of five years with effect from 25th April.

Biographical Notes

Mr Drury worked in various capacities for the National Trust for over 25 years culminating in a five-year term as the Trust’s Director-General. He has not undertaken any significant political activity in the last five years.

Notes for Editors

The Wallace Collection houses the collection of paintings, furniture, ceramics, arms and armour and other works of art bequeathed to the nation by Lady Wallace in 1897. Its Trustees are not remunerated.
