The Prime Minister has been pleased to appoint Miss Carole Stone as a Trustee of the Wallace Collection for a term of five years.
Biographical Notes
Carole Stone has wide experience of the broadcasting and media sector. She currently combines being a broadcasting and media advisor as well as Company Secretary to Lindley Stone Ltd and a freelance journalist. Miss Stone’s skills and experience will be valuable to increasing the Collection’s profile, particularly after completion of the Museum’s Centenary Project in June. Miss Stone has not undertaken any political activity in the last 5 years.
Notes for Editors
The Wallace Collection is the custodian of Sir Richard Wallace’s collection of paintings, furniture, ceramics, arms and armour and other works of art bequeathed to the nation in 1897. The post is not remunerated.
